To remove the Search, Task View, Widgets, or Chat icon from Windows 11 Taskbar, using Settings, do this: Press Win+I to open Windows Settings. As you can see in the picture, it also offers options to hide the taskbar and move the Start button to Restore Outlook and multiple Outlook windows.
