Tab to Desktop Background and press the up arrow to select from the provided High Contrast Themes.From this screen you can select windows themes including the High Contrast Themes.Click to select or press ‘Alt’ + ‘C’ to select ‘ Fine tune display effects’ and open the Personalization window.Under ‘Explore all settings’, ‘Tab’ to and ‘Enter’ or click to select ‘Make the computer easier to see’.Using a mouse move the mouse pointer to the upper right hand corner of the screen, then move the pointer down to select 'Search' and enter Ease of Access in the search box and tap 'Settings' then tap 'Ease of Access Centre'.On a touch-enabled device, swipe in from the right hand edge of the screen then tap 'Search' and enter Ease of Access in the search box and tap 'Settings' then tap 'Ease of Access' from the search results.To open the Ease of Access Centre press ‘Windows’ logo key + ‘U’.
